Colonists John and Maureen Robison, their three children, and Major Don West left Earth in Oct 16, 1999 for Alpha Centauri on a centruy-long flight aboard spaceship Jupitor 2. They were knocked off course bye a metor swarm and crashed on a unknown planet, in an unknown universe , in the hopes on finding their way to the new world or back to Earth.

It took me four years but I have managed to buy the complete series on video, which contains 83 episiodes and the pilot.
